Add A PayPal Button To Your Page
Learn how to add a PayPal Button to your page. This is required for you to accept payments from your customers using PayPal V1 as a third-party cart integration.
If you wish to add multiple products and/or use ClickFunnels Sales tracking it is suggested that you use a PayPal API Integration for better performance.
Prior to getting started, you will need the following:
Important Note: 3rd party payment gateway products do not dynamically update the order select or order summary elements in ClickFunnels as the order is made off the ClickFunnels page. You will need to add a text element to display the product name and price.
If you wish to add any other product to the order page including order bumps, you will need to add a PayPal button for each product.
Step 1: Add PayPal Button to Your Funnel
There are 2 options for adding the Paypal button:
- You can embed a Buy Now Paypal styled button.
- Add a URL to a Clickfunnels button to redirect to PayPal.
Option 1: Embed PayPal Button
- Add the Custom JS/HTML element to your page.
- Go back to Paypal and click on the Website tab .
- Copy the code .
- Go back to your page in the funnel.
- Click on the Custom JS/HTML element .
- Then click on Open Code Editor .
- Paste in the code from the Website tab in PayPal.
- Choose the 3rd party embed code from the Custom Code Type drop-down menu.
Option 2: Add Your Clickfunnels Button To The Page
- Add the Button element to your page.
- Go back to Paypal and click on the Email tab .
- Copy the code .
- Go back to your page in the funnel.
- Click on the Button element to open the button settings.
- Click on Set Action .
- Click on Go to Website .
- Paste the URL from Email tab in PayPal.
