At this time, Freshbooks is not a supported API integration.
If you would like to connect Freshmail and ClickFunnels, the only way to do it is through Zapier presently:
https://zapier.com/apps/clickfunnels/integrations/freshbooks
This will allow you to pass information from ClickFunnels to Freshbooks, this will not process payments.
