If we are down, thanks for sticking with us through our troubles. We do apologize for this downtime that occurred - we work hard to prevent such things. Unfortunately, we also rely on 3rd party systems to run our back-end network, and when there is an issue with one of those systems, it affects us as well.

We have fallback systems in place for most circumstances, but there are those rare "Once in a Blue Moon" times when those systems fail, and we will work as quickly as possible to fix them and build new contingencies as it happens, even though we try to prepare for everything there can be unexpected system failures.

We understand your frustration with the system being down; the entire company runs on ClickFunnels, so we completely understand how it impacts everything.
