How can I pause my account?
Question: How do I put my account on hold? How do I pause my account payments?
Answer:
If you would like to Pause your account for $9.99/month, please log in to your account and navigate to your Account Settings (At the top right of the page)> Billing > Cancel Account > Cancel My Subscription and select the option “Pause your plan” or scroll down and select the option " Pause My Account." Follow the instructions from there.
Step 1: Account Settings> Billing> Cancel Account
Step 2: Follow Prompts to find Pause Option
Your account will be prorated, and a credit will be applied to your ClickFunnels account for the time that was not used.
Pausing your account keeps all funnels, pages, contacts, and integrations intact. You will be able to log in to your account to upgrade to an active subscription plan, but you will be unable to access any of your information or funnels, and they will not appear live until you upgrade back up. You will also be unable to access our popular FunnelFlix service while your subscription is paused.
