Action Score
In this article, we will cover how you can locate the Action Score of your contacts and break down how the Action Score is calculated. When a contact opts into your funnel, ClickFunnels creates a contact profile for that contact. Within the contact profile, there is an Action Score that lets you know how active the specific contact is.
Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:
- A contact
Step 1: How To Locate A Contact’s Action Score:
1. Hover over ClickFunnels and click on Contacts.
2. Locate the desired contact within the contacts area.
3. Click the three dots and then select Contact Profile.
4. Under the contact’s name, you will see the Action Score for that contact.
The Action Score can be any number between 1 - 100. ClickFunnels uses an algorithmic formula to calculate the total Action Score.
The formula looks something like this: (25×100%) + (25×1%) + (25×77%) + (25×1%) = 44.75. (The average number would then be rounded up)
For example, if the contact has 45 set as their Action Score, each category calculating that score would be 100% Social, 1% Value, 77% Recency, and 1% Frequency.
Recency
The total points a contact can have for Recency is 25. The Recency percentage is calculated by how recently he or she has opted into your pages, purchased products, or even viewed any of your pages.
Frequency
The total points a contact can receive for Frequency is 25. The Frequency percentage is calculated by how often he or she is opting into your pages, purchasing products, or even viewing any of your pages.
Monetary or Value
The total points a contact can receive for Value is 25. The Value percentage is calculated by the value of everything he or she has ever purchased from you in ClickFunnels, relative to other contacts in your account.
Social
The total points a contact can receive for Social is 25. The Social percentage is calculated by the total number of social profiles he or she has connected with the email used when opting in. A higher Action Score means an overall higher engagement.
