List of Autoresponder Integrations

View a list of supported API autoresponder integrations. If you wish to use a third-party autoresponder with ClickFunnels so everyone who opts in to a funnel in ClickFunnels is sent to your autoresponder, you can find available setup instructions here. 

Prior to getting started, you will need the following:

• A Third Party Autoresponder (see options below)

Follow These Steps

• Step 1: Select Your Autoresponder
• Step 2: Integrate Your Autoresponder with ClickFunnels
• Step 3: Add Your Autoresponder To Your Funnel Page
• Step 4: Review Your Autoresponder and What Data Will Pass Over API

Step 1: Select Your Autoresponder

• Please select your Autoresponder from the below options. Each option below will provide a step-by-step tutorial on how to integrate your selected Autoresponder with your ClickFunnels account.

Step 2: Integrate Your Autoresponder with ClickFunnels (Example using ConvertKit)

Retrieve Your ConvertKit API Key

1. From within your ConvertKit Account, navigate to your Account Settings in the top right.
   
2. Locate your API Key and copy it.
   

Integrate ConvertKit With ClickFunnels

1. Go to Account Settings in your ClickFunnels account.
   
2. Click on Integrations in your Account Settings.
   
3. Select Add New Integration.
   
4. Search for ConvertKit in the search bar and select the ConvertKit Icon.
   
5. Give your integration a Nickname. 
6. Paste your API Key. 
7. Click Add Integration.

Step 3: Add Your Autoresponder To Your Funnel Page

Connect Your Autoresponder with Your Funnel Step

1. From within your page editor, navigate to the Settings dropdown and click Integrations.
   
2. Next to Integration, select the autoresponder integration you wish to use (ConvertKit shown in the example here).
   
3. Next to Action, select Add to List (or related action).
   

   Important Note: Depending on your Autoresponder Integration, the options available in the ACTION dropdown could vary.  To view the options that you have based on your Autoresponder, click this article - Autoresponder Actions

   
4. Finally, select the List you wish to add contacts to.
   
5. Make sure to Save your page.

Step 4: Review Your Autoresponder and What Data Will Pass Over API

Email Integrations And Which Fields Pass Over API

ClickFunnels natively collects the most common fields of information, such as Email, Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Phone, Address, City, State, Country, and Zip. Our platform can also collect Shipping and Billing data, as well as Custom fields.

Now, not all of this information can be sent over to your Autoresponder when having an integration connected to ClickFunnels via API. Here is a list of the data that can pass over API from ClickFunnels to our supported Autoresponders.

Active Campaign

• Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone.
  

Aweber

• Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Email.

Constant Contact

• Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Email.

Convertkit

• Full Name, First Name, Email.

GetResponse

• Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Address, City, State, Zip, Country.

To avoid contacts from failing to pass over to GetResponse, it’s recommended that you instruct your visitors to enter their country code followed by the phone number, by adding a notice in the field's placeholder. See the example below:

• +1 000 etc.
• +44 111 etc.

GoToWebinar

• Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Email.

HubSpot

• Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email.

Keap (Infusionsoft)

• Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Billing Address, Billing City, Billing State, Billing Zip, Country.

Interspire

• Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Email.

MadMIMI

• Email.

MailChimp

• Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Address, City, State, Zip, Country, Custom.

• Custom Fields are also supported, the Merge tag in MailChimp must match the Field ID in ClickFunnels. Here's a tutorial on how to do this: Adding Custom Fields in Mailchimp.

Maropost

• Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Email.

Ontraport

• Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Address Fields (Address, City, State, Zip, Country). These can be either Shipping or Billing, but not both.

Important Note: Currently, the Ontraport Email Integration does not support address fields. The Ontraport Payments integration does support address fields.

SalesForce

• First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Address Fields (Address, City, State, Zip, Country).

WebinarJam Studio

• Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Email.

Zoom

• Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Email.
