Account Notifications
ClickFunnels provides customers with the ability to check the performance of their account in the Notifications area. The notification area is where alerts about the account, SMTP setup, integrations, and other features update the user on the status.
Customers can also be notified about earning specific badges. Once you achieve a specific goal in your journey as a funnel builder, then ClickFunnels will alert you about the earned badge.
Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

How To Access The Notifications Area, Method 1:
1. Log in to your ClickFunnels account.
2. Hover over your ClickFunnels avatar and click on Account Settings.
3. On the left sidebar, select Notifications.
How To Access The Notifications Area, Method 2:
1. Log in to your ClickFunnels account.
2. From your ClickFunnels dashboard click the Bell icon.
This icon will also show the number of unread notifications waiting for review.
When viewing the notification area, you have the ability to clear all notifications at once, by clicking Clear All.
If you happen to notice an alert in the notification area that is confusing or may need further attention, you can always click on the Contact Support option.
