We understand that you are having issues logging in or getting access to your account. When having trouble accessing your CF account, you will want to be sure to try the following:
First, please try a password reset.
The second thing you will want to try is clearing your cache and cookies and logging in using an incognito window.

Once you have cleared your cache and cookies, be sure to double-check that your login email is correct. If you are still having trouble, please contact our Customer Service Team. They will ask you for some security information to ensure that you are the correct user.
After confirming you are the authorized user, they will provide you with the next steps to access your account.

- Click the support icon in the bottom right-hand corner of this page.
- Then click on Get in touch.
- Choose Live Chat
- Then select Billing Support Team
- State that you can't access your account and provide the following information.
- User Name on the account
- Last 4 of Card Number on File
- Exp Date of Card on File
- Billing Email
- Billing Address
Please give them a few minutes to respond and get your access restored.
