Updating a Card on File
Need to update your credit and/or debit card information within your ClickFunnels account? This article will outline that process. This information contained herein will be helpful when you have a new card you would like to use as your default method of payment. ClickFunnels accepts all major credit and debit cards as payment.
Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

A valid credit or debit card
Step by Step Walk Through:
1. Log in to your ClickFunnels account.
2. Hover over your picture or blank silhouette on the top right-hand corner, and select Account Settings.
3. On the left-hand side, select Account Billing.
4. At the top, select the tab labeled Payment Information.
5. Input your new card information.
6. Finally, click on the Submit New Card button.
Alternate Method:
You can also use ChargeDesk, our billing support software, to update your card information. This method can be used as a workaround if for any reason the first method does not work.
1. Log in to your ClickFunnels account.
2. Hover over your picture or blank silhouette on the top right-hand corner, and select Account Settings.
3. On the left-hand side, select Account Billing.
4. At the top, select the tab labeled Invoice History.
5. Select the most recent invoice.
6. At the top of the next page, select Update Card.
7. Fill in the card number, expiry, and CVC fields.
8. Select Save New Card Details.
Once you make this change it will instantly reflect the new card in your account as the default card on file.
