Why can't I advance to the Product Details tab on my order page when adding a product?

Question

A) I cannot update the product details in my order form within my funnel.

B) Why won't the payment options save when creating a product. 

Answer

Make sure that you have selected the payment gateway that you would like to setup for your product.  Our system does not preselect the payment gateway, so CHECK the integrations section and make sure that you click on the payment gateway that you would like to use.
